It's so exciting I'll see you soon for our concert together! I'm sending this long message to hopefully cover all potential questions or needs you'll have regarding my concert with you.
What I need from you:
name of venue, presale ticket links, address, address for accommodation, phone number for sms, any special requests (including songs).
Performance Options:
I will record a live album over the course of this tour with multiple singalongs with audiences. I'll be bringing an acoustic guitar and loop station for this tour.
Additionally, I have songs written for banjo and nylon string guitar but will not carry those instruments along with me, (perhaps you have friends willing to share these instruments?).
I also offer the option of a live painting / improvised loop set but need advance warning for that (+ paints / canvas / brushes).
Another option is for local singers / musicians to join me for some songs. I have easy to learn tunes for my choir that I could send in advance to you to distribute to locals. This can only work if a decent number of people can join, minimum 5 singers.
Another option would be a collaborative songwriting session with the audience. This takes a long time and would likely replace most of one of my sets.
One last idea is for a couple local actors to join the concert and do some of my one minute bullet plays in between songs.

Information for you:
I'll be traveling by public transport (train, tram, etc) solo so I need private accommodation with a comfortable bed preferably near the venue. Also, assistance from the Hauptbahnhof would be greatly appreciated.
If possible, somewhere to swim / sauna or a bicycle would be wonderful to borrow, I have a condition which requires me to exercise each day.
In regards to food, I do not eat sugar, wheat, milk products or fried foods. Beyond that, I'm flexible.

Equipment Needed:
Minimum need is a stereo PA with 3 inputs, mic stand, keyboard stand or high table and a monitor. If possible, please provide a 5 string banjo, nylon string guitar with pickup, guitar stand, 1 pack of light acoustic guitar strings, 9volt battery. These extras help make the performance more dynamic and intriguing and ensure functional equipment.

Promotion:
